Cancellation Policy

Please manage your booking(s) online or on our app wherever possible. For any other booking issues please contact us online or on 01273 857788. We accept bookings with up to 1hr notice, and cancellations with up to 24h notice. We require a 50% deposit to secure your booking (if your booking is off-peak then this value covers the full hire). Unfortunately we cannot issue refunds, however we are very happy to reschedule your booking or transfer the value into credit. Please leave the studio as you found it, and help us reduce our carbon footprint by appropriately heating & lighting the room for your session.
