How to get here

NORTHBOUND ON A23 

exit is 500m past the texaco garage/Henfield (A281) exit (look out for the sign)

​

  • Head north from Brighton/Hassocks on the A23

  • 500m past the Texaco/Kia garage, take the private access slip road (look out for our motorway sign)

  • IMMEDIATE left turn into Redhouse Farm

SOUTHBOUND ON A23

exit is between Hurst/Albourne/Henfield (B2118) and Hassocks/BP Garage

​

  • Take the second private slip road/lay-by between Hurst & Hassocks (you'll see a big blue sign for Robins of Hurstmonteaux)

  • Take the second turning in the lay by

  • Follow the road left and under the bridge

  • Turn left after the bridge, Redhouse Farm is on your right.

STAGECOACH BUS 17
The 17 from Brighton to Henfield stops within 200m of our gym! Ask the driver for Newtimber, Redhouse Farm, and walk down the path opposite the bus stop to access Redhouse Farm.

HUMAN POWERED TRAVEL
Our gym is on the national cycle network and easy to reach on 2 wheels! We have a lock up out back to keep your bike secure.
