Service Description
WHAT IS STRONG? STRONG is a group strength training session, designed to help you train with intention, accountability, and success. WHEN? We meet every Tuesday/Thursday evening 18:15 in the gym to get you through your weekly workout under the supervision of a weightlifting coach. WHY? For lifelong metabolic, skeletal, and muscular health, and the endless other benefits that come with regular strength training. Strength Training is probably the most important part of your weekly exercise (imo) and getting through it can feel like a chore...STRONG is designed to take the self-motivation away and help you find your groove with weightlifting. The class also helps you get familiar with how to use our gym space, what to do, and how to train successfully. WHO? We'd recommend this class to literally anyone, beginners especially. This class works perfectly on our Gym + Class membership. The session helps you get familiar with our space, how to use it, and helps you build that regular training habit. Each class is limited to 6 to ensure a coach can help you with your form & work-rate, and the exercises are adapted to suit your abilities and training goals. Sessions are currently coached by Rich (Strength & Conditioning coach)

Cancellation Policy
We request that all booking management is done on our booking app or website. If you cannot deal with it digitally you can usually call 01273 857788 Sapien Training Ltd cannot process refunds, and instead offers credit for any cancellations incurred on our behalf. We cannot accept cancellations within a 24h window, however you can reschedule your session with 3 hours notice. Waitlist participants will receive a notification if a space has become available (mobile app bookings only), we allow a 30min window before offering the spot to the next person in line. Bookings can be accepted up to 31 days prior to your session.
