Strength Training


STRONG is your weekly dose of strength training, delivered & motivated by a strength coach to help you find your form. WHAT WE DOING? Each week we create a full-body strength training session comprised of 6-10 strength training exercises; deadlifts & barbell lifting; kettlebell strength & conditioning; functional carries; macebells & club work; rope climbing; pull ups; & anything else that promotes muscle growth & facilitates increased physical strength. It doesn't matter if you don't know how to lift, a coach will be there to help guide you through as you find your form. HOW IS IT STRUCTURED? Please be aware this is not a circuit class! You'll typically spend around 5-10mins per exercise, resting in-between sets as you load up the bar to gradually adapt to handling more weight. We do not promote a rushed attitude to lifting and training...

Any problems just message on the site or call us on 01273 857788 Class Pass holders will receive the credit back in their account unless cancelling/rescheduling within the 24h window.
