Cancellation Policy

Gym booking isn't essential, but we MUCH prefer it if when you do. Sapien Training is a partially unmanned facility, and booking will allow us to get the gym ready for your session. If you cannot book you may be refused entry (only when it's really busy). Gym users are responsible for their own safety whilst working out at Sapien Training, and must have completed our Health Consent Statement before training at Sapien Training.
