About the event

As part of our mission to re:wild humans we're introducing monthly rucking to the menu!


What's Rucking?

Rucking is essentially hiking uphill, with a weight. Sounds awful but the physiological benefits are huge! It's low impact, hard-cardio outside in nature with highly transferrable cardio & strength benefits.

Rucking was once a military exercise (training personnel to withstand the demands of carrying your own equipment over rough terrain for hours at a time) and recently it's found popularity among the fitness community, looking for an effective way to get good cardio and stay away from treadmills and spin bikes.


What do I need to join the ruck?

  1. Heavy backpack, a weighted vest, or even just some hand-weights to replicate the load!
