About the event
A fun and inverted 2 hour handstand coaching session for beginners & intermediates.
WHAT'S THE STANDARD?
Beginners and intermediates, so ranging from people who've never tried a handstand before to the practiced (but not perfected).
WHAT WILL I BE TAUGHT?
Everything you need to know to get your handstand journey underway and develop your practice at home or in the gym.

- inversion & hand-balance skills & drills
- straightening the line
- joint mobility & stability
DO I NEED TO BRING A FRIEND?
No, but many of the drills are partnered so if you don't bring one we'll find you one to hold your balance.
DO I NEED TO DRINK COFFEE?
No but it is very good for handstands (we have decaf and herbal teas if you prefer)
I'M INTERESTED BUT WORRIED ABOUT MY INJURIES?
Handstands are generally ok unless you're suffering with any of the following;
- shoulder impingement
- rotator cuff tears
- wrist injuries
