About the event
Bank-holiday hike & hangout!
As part of our May bank-holiday timetable, we're running a a post-class hike up hills surrounding Sapien Training.
Yoga: Fuel + Flow 09:30
Handstands + Coffee 09:30
Then at 11:00 we head onto Newtimber Hill for a group stroll over to the Wild Flour cafe.
Rich is Training for the barefoot challenge (www.sapientraining.com/barefoot - you can wear shoes if you want to).
