90m all-in session including programming, metabolic analysis, postural & movement assessments & coaching, and your own workout book/tracker to keep you focussed for the training cycle ahead. HEALTH, MOBILITY, METABOLIC SCREENING We start the session analysing your current metabolic health, posture, strength, and catch up about what you've been up to in the gym. This is a great chance to dig deep into your current routine and programme accordingly for the next phase of your training. GYM PROGRAMMING Get a personalised gym routine (6 week mesocycle), detailed thoroughly in your own personalised workout tracking book. We'll set goals, draw pictures, and create milestones for your success. At the end of the session you've got a clear idea of where you're at where to go, and how to get there.
