Mixed ability Calisthenics Skills Training
Service Description
Beginner - Intermediate level Calisthenics Skills Class. Each month we pick a skill (i.e: handstand/muscle-up) and coach the drills needed to get it. WEDNESDAY CLASS FORMAT 18:00 - 18:15 Warm Up 18:15-19:15 - Skills Coaching 19:15 - 19:30 Mobility SATURDAY CLASS FORMAT 08:30- Warm up & Coffee Come in, grab a coffee, have a chat and get warmed up. Coaches are on hand to help you with your mobility and session preparation, and answering any questions you got. 09:00- 10:00 - Skills Coaching Every month has a specific skills focus (i.e: handstand, bar skills, gymnastic rings) and working in pairs/small groups we coach you through the process & details needed to get the skill. This is the structured coaching part of the session, delivered by 2 coaches. 10:00 - 10:30 - Post session hangout We extend the session for anyone who wants to monkey around a bit more, practice anything new, chat to a coach, or just train a bit more. DO I NEED EXPERIENCE? Not for this class, however a general base level of bodyweight ability is helpful and described below; ● 20s bar hang ● 30s plank ● No limiting shoulder, wrist, or elbow injuries

Cancellation Policy
We request that all booking management is done on our booking app or website. If you cannot deal with it digitally you can usually call 01273 857788 We cannot accept cancellations within a 24h window, however you can reschedule your session with 3 hours notice. Waitlist participants will receive a notification if a space has become available (mobile app bookings only), we allow a 30min window before offering the spot to the next person in line. Bookings can be accepted up to 31 days prior to your session.
