Bank holidays and special occasions we lay on a house special and combine handstands with awesome coffee! Coffee courtesy of Counterpoint Coffee (Rich's friend Ali from Somerset) Mugs courtesy of Isobel Roope (one of our lovely members) Handstands coached by us (we'll even hold your feet).

Cancellation Policy
We request that all booking management is done on our booking app or website. If you cannot deal with it digitally you can usually call 01273 857788 We cannot accept cancellations within a 24h window, however you can reschedule your session with 3 hours notice. Waitlist participants will receive a notification if a space has become available (mobile app bookings only), we allow a 30min window before offering the spot to the next person in line. Bookings can be accepted up to 31 days prior to your session.
