In our first edition of CALI:outdoors we're heading back to Worthing Calisthenics Park! This is an amazing venue right by the seafront with some great destinations for post-training refuelling!
This event is free to any Class members at Sapien Training!

Amazing Calisthenics Rig!! Worthing has one of the best Calisthenics rig's along the south coast, don't miss out!
Open Session: lots of us down at the beach supporting one another as we progress along the Calisthenics journey
Seafront View: Beautiful spot to train, sea-view and sea air!
