Service Description
This is not a typical yoga class. But it will enhance your yoga practice. And your functional movement and longevity. YOGA: strong is small group strength & conditioning training session, covering: • foundational strength & conditioning exercises (the basic, compound movements we all need to get done) • strength specifically engineered to assist yoga (unilateral strength and core stability for balance, control and transitions) • end range strength training (building strength within our current range of flexibility) WHO'S IT FOR? Beginners to strength training, people who practice yoga (or other movement disciplines) and want to feel stronger, steadier, and more resilient in their bodies.

Cancellation Policy
We request that all booking management is done on our booking app or website. If you cannot deal with it digitally you can usually call 01273 857788 Sapien Training Ltd cannot process refunds, and instead offers credit for any cancellations incurred on our behalf. We cannot accept cancellations within a 24h window, however you can reschedule your session with 3 hours notice. Waitlist participants will receive a notification if a space has become available (mobile app bookings only), we allow a 30min window before offering the spot to the next person in line. Bookings can be accepted up to 31 days prior to your session.
