Cancellation Policy

For bookings and account management please use our app, or website. For any other booking issues please contact us online or on 01273 857788. Hire includes use of the studio equipment; Yoga Mats, blocks, bolsters, and whatever you need to run your session! Hire time is limited to 60m slots (please speak with us if you with to hire the space for longer) and includes 15m buffer time either side of your hire to allow pre/post hire preparation & customer management. You can reschedule your hire (and retain your pre-paid credit / payment) with up to 48h notice. Unfortunately we cannot issue refunds, however we are very happy to reschedule your booking or transfer the value into credit. Please leave the studio as you found it, and help us reduce our carbon footprint by appropriately heating & lighting the room for your session.
