Service Description

METHOD is a new for 2026 Group coaching project starting 05.01. Small group training with community, accountability, and intent. Method is run out of Sapien Training, BN6 9BS by coaches Dom Shepheard, and Rich Lucas. COACHED SMALL GROUP SESSIONS. Not a gym. Not a programme. This is coaching. All you need to do is show up. PROGRESSION & PROGRAMMING This is structured, personalised, expertly coached training for longevity & strength. We create the programme, personalise it to you, and make sure you get progress each week, all you have do is show up. COMUNITY & ACCOUNTABILITY We run a 11 class timetable each week (growing more in February and beyond) with just 9 participants each class, so you're coached, not counted. Each class is structured, measured, and progressed with tracking and monitoring, and you select the exercises which suit your body type while a coach makes sure you get the most out of them. NUTRITION AND HABIT SUPPORT We'll be delivering real-life nutritional & lifestyle support to fuel the training, and accelerate your progress within the programme. We analyse your metabolic health every month, and discuss where your nutrition should take you next based on your performance each month.
