Restore your movement and pamper your muscles with a 60 minute massage treatment at Sapien Training. Our massage therapist, Claire, offers Deep Tissue & Sports Massage, Hot Stone, remedial, pregnancy massage, or even just a relaxing massage and chill. Claire works to your requests, whether that's working on an injury or simply releasing tight shoulders and trigger points for ease of movement and greater mechanical efficiency. Sessions are +60mins and take place in the Rehab Room.
