Service Description

Fluid and powerful Yoga with resident teacher Rosie. WHAT'S IT GOOD FOR? Mobility, movement, physical and mental awareness, and chilling the f**k out after a hard day at the desk. CLASS FORMAT Monday (18:45) / Wednesday (09:30) - This open level vinyasa yoga class guides you through a dynamic, flowing yoga sequence - often working towards more intermediate postures - however options will be given for beginners and there's no pressure; we're all about exploring playful movement and having fun doing it! Thursday (18:15) - a calm, flowing yoga sequence at a slower pace, allowing you more time to transition and find peace within your movement. The flowing sequence is combined with some juicy, restorative stretches in stillness, and we finish with an extra-long savasana (guided relaxation) Saturday (09:15) - This playful, yoga-inspired body conditioning class will help you to build strength within your mobility to keep your body healthy and functional, and improve alignment and technique in your yoga practice. An energising way to start your weekend! The Yoga Sculpt workout combines yoga postures with high repetition training, and the option to add light weights or resistance bands. Split into three sections, we will focus on strength and stability in the core, legs and upper body. BEGINNERS & FIRST-TIMERS WELCOME? Absolutely. No previous experience required.

Cancellation Policy

We request that all booking management is done on our booking app or website. If you cannot deal with it digitally you can usually call 01273 857788 We cannot accept cancellations within a 24h window, however you can reschedule your session with 3 hours notice. Waitlist participants will receive a notification if a space has become available (mobile app bookings only), we allow a 30min window before offering the spot to the next person in line. Bookings can be accepted up to 31 days prior to your session.
