WHAT'S CALI: conditioning about? All the drills (but less of the skills) in a team-taught, mixed-ability Calisthenics conditioning class. Suitable for anyone looking to improve strength & form for their Calisthenics journey! This class delivers the bodyweight strength & conditioning drills needed for success with your Calisthenics journey. You'll be getting your hands on the gym rings, strengthening & developing your handstand, upgrading your pull up game, and putting in the homework required for impressive skill development within Calisthenics. SKILL LEVEL: No skills or previous experience required. We adapt each exercise to your needs. Taught by 2 Cali coaches wherever possible. DANGER LEVEL: None-mild. No enforced upside down stuff, no skills, just interesting & effective Calisthenics drills tailored to your current abilities. CLASS CONTENT: The class is divided into 4 zones (usually Handstand, Gymnastic Rings, Bars, and Floor). Working in groups of 2-3, each zone pushes you through a different strength & conditioning exercise to help you develop the big skills and strength exercises. Each week we'll be making sure you get your weekly pull-up, dip, and Calisthenics strength training under your belt, safely & successfully. Content is adapted to your current strength levels and calisthenics ability. 19:15 - 19:30 - Every session finishes with an optional 15m mobility session for anyone that needs the stretch!
