Service Description

All the drills (but less of the skills) in a team-taught, mixed-ability Calisthenics conditioning class. Suitable for anyone looking to improve strength & form for their Calisthenics journey! WHAT'S IT GOOD FOR? Calisthenics development, bodyweight strength, looking cool in a vest, telling all your friends your. a bona-fide calisthenics athlete. CLASS FORMAT Typically we set out 4 stations by equipment (ie: Gymnastic Rings, P.Bars, Pull Up Bars, and Wall/Floor). Each station has a choice of moves for you to choose from (depending on your ability, calisthenics progress so far, and effort levels on the day). All exercises can be adapted to suit your needs. SKILL LEVEL: No skills or previous experience required. We adapt each exercise to your needs. Taught by 2 Cali coaches wherever possible. DANGER LEVEL: None-mild. No enforced upside down stuff, no skills, just interesting & effective Calisthenics drills tailored to your current abilities.

Cancellation Policy

We request that all booking management is done on our booking app or website. If you cannot deal with it digitally you can usually call 01273 857788 We cannot accept cancellations within a 24h window, however you can reschedule your session with 3 hours notice. Waitlist participants will receive a notification if a space has become available (mobile app bookings only), we allow a 30min window before offering the spot to the next person in line. Bookings can be accepted up to 31 days prior to your session.
