Beginner level Calisthenics class, suitable for newbies and anyone looking to get started in Calisthenics. WHAT'S IT GOOD FOR? Bodyweight strength, mobility, skill-acquisition & feeling cool as f**k. CLASS FORMAT Loose and free. Beginner's CALI is a skills based class, and we focus on a different skill each session. DO I NEED EXPERIENCE? Not for this class, however a general base level of bodyweight ability is helpful and described below; ● 10s bar hang ● 30s plank ● No limiting shoulder, wrist, or elbow injuries DANGER LEVEL: None. No enforced upside down stuff or skills, just beginner friendly moves. Also suitable for intermediates who fancy a lighter session!
