Boxing Training


BOXING is our weekly cardio and boxing training class; a fusion of Boxing movements & technique drills, and cardiovascular training to get your heart pumping! WHAT WE DOING? Each session involves 4-8 rounds (3 minutes each) of Boxing cardiovascular training (punchbag training, footwork drills, skipping, defensive movement) to train your cardiovascular system for the demands of the sport. Once you're good and sweaty, we switch up the pace into coaching & padwork to sharpen up your punch technique & boxing skills. DOES IT MATTER IF I'M A BEGINNER? No, beginners are welcome. But please be aware this class is a far cry from Body Combat and air-punching. This class teaches you to Box, and is as close to real boxing as you can get before you go amateur. If you're anxious you might want to get a 1:1 in with one of our coaches before your first class (not-essential). DO I NEED ANY EQUIPMENT? Nope, we got everything you need here in the studio. But we recommend getting your own wraps & gloves if you plan on making this a habit (we can help you with where to find them).

Cancellation Policy

To cancel or reschedule just pop onto the booking app (under MY BOOKINGS). You can reschedule your session up to 12 hours before your session starts (you won't lose your class credit). Cancellations within 24h cannot be refunded.
