Cancellation Policy

Cancellations: to cancel your sessions please use the app/website. Cancellations can be made up to 24h prior to session start time and receive the credit back in their account. Unfortunately we cannot process refunds, and cancellations that occur within 12h of the original start time will lose their payment/credit. Rescheduling: You can always reschedule your session and transfer the credit/payment up to 12h prior to the session start time. Please ensure you have filled out a health waiver before attending. Any problems please just give us a call!
