WHAT'S IN THE STRENGTH CLASS? CALI: strength is a mixed-ability calisthenics & bodyweight strength training session coaching the fundamental strength patterns of cali & bodyweight training. Think Pull Ups, Dips, Pistol Squats, and all the crazy variations & adaptations you can work on to develop at your level. All the exercises are completed on the P-bars, Pull Up Bars, and Floor, and each exercise can be regressed or progressed to suit beginners and intermediates alike. SKILLS REQUIRED: None. Strength training only. STRENGTH PRE-REQUISITES 15s bar hang 30s plank No aggravating injuries DANGER LEVEL: None. You might be hanging from a bar so please make sure you're comfy with basic hang work and using a resistance band to assist a pull up.

Cancellation Policy

To cancel or reschedule just pop onto the booking app (under MY BOOKINGS). You can reschedule your session up to 3 hours before your session starts (you won't lose your class credit). Cancellations within 24h cannot be refunded.
