Intermediate Calisthenics Skills Training

WHAT'S IN THE INTERMEDIATE CLASS? This class works on training for a Calisthenics skill (ie: bar rollovers, skin the cat, tuck levers etc) plus training some of the vertical strength patterns (Pull Ups & Dips) required for success within Calisthenics. STRENGTH PRE-REQUISITES: • 45s Bar hang • 1 x strict Pull Up • 1 x strict Dip • 5 x strict Push Ups • 5 x strict 90°rows SKILLS REQUIRED: None technically, but it's easier on you if you're already competent in the following; • Bar/Rings/Floor L-Sit (5-10s) • Frog Stand (5-10s) • Headstand DANGER LEVEL: 🔥 We're definitely going upside down on rings and bars, sometime using bands to hold precarious moves, and swinging about on whatever we can.
