🔥 Intermediate Calisthenics Skills Training

WHAT'S IN THE INTERMEDIATE CLASS? This class works on training for a Calisthenics skill (ie: bar rollovers, skin the cat, tuck levers etc) plus training some of the vertical strength patterns (Pull Ups & Dips) required for success within Calisthenics. STRENGTH PRE-REQUISITES: • 45s Bar hang • 1 x strict Pull Up • 1 x strict Dip • 5 x strict Push Ups • 5 x strict 90°rows SKILLS REQUIRED: None technically, but it's easier on you if you're already competent in the following; • L-Sit (5-10s) • Frog Stand (5-10s) • Headstand DANGER LEVEL: 🔥 We're definitely going upside down on rings and bars, sometime using bands to hold precarious moves, and swinging about on whatever we can.

To cancel or reschedule just pop onto the booking app (under MY BOOKINGS). You can reschedule your session up to 12 hours before your session starts (you won't lose your class credit). Cancellations within 24h cannot be refunded.
