Since the dawn of man, our survival and our physical movement have been intertwined. 

 

We owe our success on this earth, in part, to our ability to run, fight, climb, swim, hunt, farm and physically adapt to our surroundings. 

 

Our modern surroundings demand much less of us, and we have restricted our movement...
 

Technology moves for us, computers think for us, our abilities are in decline. 

Our physical movement has devolved from functional multiplanar movement, into a laborious and choreographed chore to counteract our sedentary lifestyle.
